The Secretary of the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation shall take the necessary measures to approve all applicable regulations for the implementation of this act within a term of ninety (90) days after its approval. During the budget presentation corresponding to the fiscal year following the approval of this act, he/she shall present before the Legislative Assembly the estimate of the fiscal impact that the implementation of this Act entails and the adjustments and allocations necessary to continue with the same.\nHistory —Feb. 18, 2011, No. 15, § 5.
