The instrumentalities of the Government of Puerto Rico, including municipalities, shall agree to include, within the contracts they enter into with the Corrections Administration, the work conditions that shall apply to inmates who participate in the work programs established under this chapter with regard to working hours, compensation, and any other benefit that may apply.
