Notaries shall keep a register of the affidavits in which they intervene in the manner and under the requirements to be established in the Notarial Regulations. The Supreme Court may provide that the Register of Affidavits be kept in electronic format.\nThe notary may pay the fees corresponding to the seal of the Legal Aid Society through electronic means, in accordance with the procedure to be established by the Secretary of the Treasury in coordination with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court or the person upon whom he/she delegates.
