The copy certified by the Secretary of State of a certificate of incorporation, or of any other certificate which has been filed with the Department of State as required by any provision of this subtitle, shall be prima facie evidence of:\n(1) Due execution and filing;\n(2) observance of all acts necessary for the instrument to become effective, and\n(3) any other facts required or permitted in the instrument.\nHistory —Dec. 16, 2009, No. 164, § 1.04.
