Any corporation may transfer its registered office to any other place within the territorial jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, by resolution of its Board of Directors. It may also, by resolution, replace the registered agent by another natural or juridical person that may even be the affected corporation itself. In both cases, the resolution must contain the details provided in subsection (a)(2) of § 3502 of this title.
