Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the transfer of stocks, and the certificates representing such shares, or of uncertificated shares shall be governed by the provisions of §§ 1701 a 1911 of Title 19. To the extent that any of the provisions of this chapter is inconsistent with any of the provisions of the Commercial Transactions Act, §§ 401 et seq. of Title 19, the provisions of this chapter shall prevail.\nHistory —Dec. 16, 2009, No. 164, § 6.01.
