Upon complying with the provisions of this chapter, any corporation desiring to renew, extend and continue its corporate existence shall, continue for the time stated in its certificate of renewal and shall, in addition to the rights, privileges and immunities conferred by its original certificate of incorporation, possess and enjoy all the benefits of this subtitle, which are applicable to the nature of its business, and shall be subject to the restrictions and liabilities imposed on such corporations by this subtitle.\nHistory —Dec. 16, 2009, No. 164, § 11.04.
