For the purpose of vindicating the interests of nonprofit corporations against wrongful actions of their directors or administrators, in addition to the legal standing set forth in § 3713 of this title to the Secretary of Justice, the members of such corporations shall also have legal standing to resort to the courts in derivative actions, pursuant to § 3786 of this title.\nHistory —Dec. 16, 2009, No. 164, § 12.10.
