One (1) or more persons may, each of whom are duly licensed or otherwise legally authorized to render the same professional services in the Commonwealth, under the provisions of this chapter, incorporate and become a stockholder or stockholders of a professional corporation for profit, for the sole and specific purpose of rendering the same professional services.
