Whenever all stockholders of a corporation organized under this chapter, at any time and for any reason, cease to be licensed, certified or registered in the profession for which such corporation was organized, the corporation shall thereupon be treated as converted into and shall operate henceforth solely as a business corporation under the provisions applicable to this subtitle.\nHistory —Dec. 16, 2009, No. 164, § 18.16.
