(a) Foreign limited liability company or FLLC may be registered to do business by the Secretary of State under any name (whether or not it is the name under which it is registered in the jurisdiction of its formation) which includes the words Limited Liability Company, or Compañía de Responsabilidad Limitada, Low-Profit Limited Liability Company, or Compañía de Responsabilidad Limitada con Fin Social, as the case may be, or the abbreviation L.L.C., or C.R.L., L.P.L.L.C. or C.R.L.F.S., as the case may be, or the designation LLC, CRL, LPLLC, or CRLFS or L3C, as the case may be, and that could be registered by a DLLC or LLC.
