A certificate of formation of a DLLC shall be deemed to be cancelled in the event that the DLLC fails to comply with its obligation to pay the fees established in § 4043 of this title for a period of three (3) consecutive years, counted as of the date in which the first of said payments became due.\nHistory —Dec. 16, 2009, No. 164, § 21.02.
