(a) The Secretary of State shall impose on a DLLC or FLLC that violates the provisions of this subtitle, a fine of not less than two hundred dollars ($200) or greater than five hundred dollars ($500) for each violation.\n(b) The Secretary of State may file a proceeding under § 4043 of this title to revoke the certificate of authorization of a FLLC authorized to do business in Puerto Rico if:\n(1) The FLLC lacks a registered agent or registered office in Puerto Rico for a term of sixty (60) days or more, or\n(2) as provided in any other provision of this subtitle.\nHistory —Dec. 16, 2009, No. 164, § 21.04.
