This subtitle may be amended or repealed at the will of the Legislature; but neither the repeal nor the amendment of this subtitle shall work to detract or impair any remedy against any corporation in accordance with this subtitle or against the officers of the corporation for any liability incurred before such repeal or amendment. This subtitle and all of its amendments shall be part of the certificate of incorporation of every corporation, except to the extent they are inapplicable to the purposes of the corporation.\nHistory —Dec. 16, 2009, No. 164, § 22.02.
