To meet the operating expenses of the Traffic Bureau there shall be annually included in the General Appropriations Act the sum deemed necessary for the carrying out of the purposes of this chapter. The sum of one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) is hereby appropriated for the Fiscal Yyear 1954-55, which sum shall be broken down as follows:Personal services $ 100,000 General expenses 75,000 History —June 29, 1954, No. 92, p. 974, § 9.
