The Commonwealth Government does hereby pledge to, and agree with, any person, firm or corporation, or any federal, commonwealth or state agency, subscribing to or acquiring bonds of the Authority to finance in whole or in part any traffic facilities or any part thereof, that it will not limit or restrict the rights or powers hereby vested in the Authority until all such bonds at any time issued, together with the interest thereon, are fully met and discharged.\nHistory —June 23, 1965, No. 74, p. 158, § 19, eff.
