The terms used in §§ 2096—2096h of this title shall have the following meanings:\n(a) Center. — Shall mean the inspection and orientation center located at the fire stations.\n(b) Safety seat. — Shall mean a safety and protection system for children under four (4) years of age while traveling in an automobile.\n(c) Child. — Shall mean any minor under four (4) years of age compelled by law to use the safety seat while traveling in an automobile.\n(d) Commission. — Shall mean the Traffic Safety Commission.\n(e) Firefighters Corps. — Shall mean the Puerto Rico Firefighters Corps.\n(f) Executive Director. — Shall mean the Executive Director of the Traffic Safety Commission.\n(g) Fire Chief. — Shall mean the Fire Chief of the Puerto Rico Firefighters Corps.\nHistory —Aug. 28, 2003, No. 225, § 2.
