Sections 2096—2096h of this title regulate the Inspection and Orientation Centers for the Correct Use of Safety Seats for Children, attached to the Firefighters Corps and the Traffic Safety Commission of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, in which firefighters certified as technicians shall be authorized to perform professional inspections of safety seats for children and provide orientation regarding their use.
