The Executive Director of the Commission, in coordination with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and any other organization that is duly certified for these purposes shall organize and coordinate the training of the firefighters selected to perform the children’s safety seats inspections, and shall certify them as technicians in the correct use and installation of same.
