It shall be the responsibility of the Executive Director of the Commission to carry out a campaign for the orientation of the citizenry on the provisions of §§ 2096—2096h of this title, in coordination with the interested public and private agencies, including but not limited to, the Firefighters Corps, the Office of the First Lady, the Traffic Accident Compensation Administration, the Puerto Rico Police, the Department of Education, the Department of State, the Department of Health and the Puerto Rico Medical Emergencies Corps.
