(a) The centers already operating by virtue of Executive Order No. 2001-59, as amended, shall continue to operate under the terms set forth in §§ 2096—2096h of this title.(b) The new centers created pursuant to the provisions of §§ 2096—2096h of this title shall be established through an agreement between the Fire Chief and the Executive Director of the Commission.
