After the effective date of this act, any person who wishes to install a sign or advertisement shall obtain a permit from ARPE for such purposes, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. History —Dec. 22, 1999, No. 355, § 7, eff. 60 days after Dec. 22, 1999.
