Immediately after the approval of this act, ARPE shall implement a thirty (30) -day orientation campaign to the general public, regarding their obligation to register the signs and advertisements, the obligation to obtain a permit prior to the installation of a sign or advertisement, and the obligation to be registered in the Registry of Sign Operators.
