Violation of the provisions of §§ 2401 and 2402 of this title shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable upon conviction by a fine of not less than one hundred [dollars] ($100) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment in jail for a term of not more than thirty (30) days and the violator shall be bound to restore the land to its original condition by repairing the damages caused.\nHistory —May 30, 1973, No. 54, p. 135, § 4-03, eff. 30 days after May 30, 1973.
