The owners of uplands contiguous to the highway shall not farm, perform works, dig ditches or make excavations on the slope which serves as support to the highway in a manner that may weaken the land to the point of threatening to cause or causing slides of land or materials onto the highway.\nHistory —May 30, 1973, No. 54, p. 135, § 4-04, eff. 30 days after May 30, 1973.
