The owners of lands abutting on the highway shall not sow plantings too close to the fence or to the limit of the easement in a manner that said plantings grow toward the highway invading the easement zone, or even without invading it, obstructing the visibility of a curve or the drainage of a structure.\nHistory —May 30, 1973, No. 54, p. 135, § 4-06, eff. 30 days after May 30, 1973.
