Applications for permits to construct or reconstruct on the said strips of land at both sides of the highway shall be addressed to the Secretary, stating the place, kind and use of the building or work contemplated to be constructed, sending, if deemed necessary in the judgment of the Secretary, the plan or sketch of the intended work, upon previous consultation with or approval of the Puerto Rico Planning Board.\nHistory —May 30, 1973, No. 54, p. 135, § 5-02, eff. 30 days after May 30, 1973.
