Any person who without the aforesaid permit performs any construction on both sides of the highway, departs from the alignment marked, or does not fulfill the conditions of the permit, shall be under obligation to demolish the works performed in case they affect the highway, walks, ditches or groves.\nHistory —May 30, 1973, No. 54, p. 135, § 5-03, eff. 30 days after May 30, 1973.
