Any person who violates the provisions of §§ 2501—2503 of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five [dollars] ($25) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100), or by imprisonment in jail for a term of not less than ten (10) or more than forty (40) days, or both penalties, in the discretion of the court. Each day and during all the days such violation subsists shall be considered as a separate and independent offense.\nHistory —May 30, 1973, No. 54, p. 135, § 5-04, eff. 30 days after May 30, 1973.
