It shall not be permitted to cross the highway through underground, grade or aerial railways, tractor passages, aqueduct or sewer tubings, oil pipelines, communication or electric power lines or any kind of piping works or objects without obtaining the corresponding permit from the Secretary or his authorized representative; Provided, That the persons interested shall pay the fees required or shall give the bond that may be established as a previous condition to the granting of the permit of the Puerto Rico Planning Board and of the Public Service Commission.\nHistory —May 30, 1973, No. 54, p. 135, § 6-01, eff. 30 days after May 30, 1973.
