The Secretary of the Treasury shall supply the Secretary with the information in his possession that will allow the Department of Transportation and Public Works to enter data into the Registry regarding all vehicles introduced to Puerto Rico.\nThis information shall include the following, among other things:\n(1) Name and address of the sender of the vehicle and place of origin.\n(2) Name and address of the vehicle’s consignee.\n(3) A description of the vehicle, including trademark, year, model or type, color, license plate number, if any, body serial number, engine number, type of engine, effective horsepower and any other identification numbers of the unit or its parts.\n(4) Date of arrival in Puerto Rico, means of transportation, indicating the name of the carrier and the shipping manifest.\n(5) Date of delivery to the consignee or his representative.\n(6) Amount paid in excise taxes, if any, date of payment and the name of the person or entity making the payment.\nHistory —Aug. 5, 1987, No. 8, p. 612, § 8.
