The Puerto Rico Police shall notify the Secretary, and he/she shall immediately incorporate an annotation or warning in the margin of the vehicle’s registration in the Register, of every vehicle reported as missing, written off as a total loss, stolen, illegally appropriated, subject to investigation, confiscated or exported.
