Any owner or administrator of an auto distributor, junkyard, auto repair and paint shop, vehicle key making or manufacturing business or vehicle inspection center who is convicted on different occasions for two (2) or more violations of the provisions of this chapter shall have his license, permit, patent or authorization that was issued to operate such business cancelled or revoked. This penalty shall be in addition to the penalty imposed for violating any of the provisions of this chapter.\nHistory —Aug. 5, 1987, No. 8, p. 612, § 23.
