Any natural or juridical person who violates the provisions in § 3208 of this title, the directors, officials, administrators, trustees or agents of said juridical person who authorized the export of a motor vehicle without complying with the requirements provided herein, or who did not comply with the obligations imposed by this chapter shall incur a fourth degree felony.\nHistory —Aug. 5, 1987, No. 8, p. 612, § 26; Sept. 14, 2004, No. 282, § 10.
