Without prejudice to and without undermining the provisions and obligations contained in other laws, the Secretary of Transportation and Public Works shall be under the obligation to establish and keep updated a Register and an inventory of all heavy construction or agricultural equipment units imported into or presently in Puerto Rico.\nThe Register established by this subchapter shall contain all the information relative to the introduction, distribution, sale, transfer, exportation, disappearance, theft, destruction, misappropriation, seizure, abandonment, dismantlement, and substantial alteration of vehicles.\nHistory —Sept. 30, 2004, No. 531, § 2.02, eff. 6 months after Sept. 30, 2004.
