As to the fees to be paid under this chapter, the following norms shall be followed.\nFor each unit, the following fees shall be paid:\n(a) and license plate $ 100Initial registration and [issuance] of certificate of ownership\n(b) Annually $ 85\n(c) Registration of property transfer $ 50\n(d) ownership, or license plate $ 25Duplicate of any kind of registration, certificate of\n(e) Certificates of exportation $ 50\nThe Secretary shall dictate the rules and regulations necessary to enforce the provisions of this chapter, which shall have force of law upon their promulgation.\nHistory —Sept. 30, 2004, No. 531, § 4.02, eff. 6 months after Sept. 30, 2004.
