The Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, public corporations and municipalities are hereby exempted from the payment of fees on units they own. Said units shall be duly registered, and except for the payment of fees, all requirements under this chapter shall be met. Farmers are also exempted from the payment of fees, save for the annual eighty-five dollar ($85) fee.\nHistory —Sept. 30, 2004, No. 531, § 4.03, eff. 6 months after Sept. 30, 2004.
