The Puerto Rico Police shall notify the Secretary and the latter shall incorporate immediately on the margin of the unit’s registration in the Register a notice or note on all units reported as missing, stolen, illegally appropriated, under investigation, seized or exported. The number of the complaint at the Police shall also be noted, as well as the name and address of the complainant or the person claiming the unit or the seizure record number, as the case may be.\nHistory —Sept. 30, 2004, No. 531, § 5.07, eff. 6 months after Sept. 30, 2004.
