The Secretary may provide information by restricted computer access to the heavy construction or agricultural equipment unit system, to any [insurance] company or interested person who in the regular course of business engages in obtaining and refining information concerning these units, or to a banking or financing institution duly authorized to conduct business in Puerto Rico pursuant to the laws applicable thereto, exclusively in relation to records, liens and notes existing on the register established by the Secretary.\nHistory —Sept. 30, 2004, No. 531, § 5.10, eff. 6 months after Sept. 30, 2004.
