The application of the administrative punishments established by virtue of this chapter shall not impede or impair in any way the capability to bring the pertinent civil and/or criminal actions.\nNone of the provisions of this chapter prescribing penalties shall be construed to impede the bringing of any action, prosecution, sentence or punishment pursuant to any other provision of general or special penal or civil law.\nHistory —Sept. 30, 2004, No. 531, § 7.02, eff. 6 months after Sept. 30, 2004.
