The Secretary shall, from the date of approval of this act to the date of its effectiveness, proceed to notify citizens of the provisions thereof by using the communications media he/she deems pertinent for this purpose, but in any case he/she shall publish in a newspaper of general circulation a concise account summarizing the main provisions of this chapter.\nIn addition, he/she shall publish an informational brochure that shall contain an account of all the provisions of this chapter, even though he/she may summarize them briefly.\nHistory —Sept. 30, 2004, No. 531, § 7.03, eff. 6 months after Sept. 30, 2004.
