To identify trucks manufactured to carry aggregate material, a different license plate shall be used, whose numbering shall begin with the letters 'TA', followed by four numbers. Each license plate, in turn, shall be identified by one of the following categories, as applicable:(a) Dump truck.(b) Transfer dump truck.(c) Pup trailer.
