The Secretary shall establish and keep an updated database of all antique, classic, or modified classic motorcycles in Puerto Rico. For such purposes, every antique, classic, or modified classic motorcycle shall be issued a special license plate or tag in accordance with § 5027 of this title; such registry shall include the following information:(1) A description of antique, classic, or modified classic motorcycles including: make, model, color, type, effective horsepower, serial number, and the vehicle identification number.(2) Name, street, and mailing addresses, and the driver’s license number of the owner.(3) Special license plate or tag number.(4) Any other information required by regulations that may be necessary to comply with the provisions of this chapter, or any other applicable laws.
