It is hereby prohibited to stand or park a vehicle after an accident in such a manner as to obstruct traffic on the public road, except in those cases where, because of the circumstances or the situation or the conditions in which the vehicles or their occupants are left after the accident, it is not possible to move the vehicle.\nHistory —Jan. 7, 2000, No. 22, § 4.05, eff. 1 year after Jan. 7, 2000.
