The Department, in compliance with the provisions of this chapter, shall tabulate and analyze all accident reports received and shall publish annually or at shorter intervals statistical information based on said reports including data relative to the number and circumstances of vehicle accidents.\nHistory —Jan. 7, 2000, No. 22, § 4.09, eff. 1 year after Jan. 7, 2000.
