No person shall drive a motor vehicle on the public roads with persons, animals or objects obstructing the visibility of the driver towards the front or the sides of the vehicle or that interfere with the control of the driving mechanism of the vehicle.\nEvery driver who violates this provision shall incur in an administrative fault and shall be sanctioned with a fine of one hundred dollars ($100).\nHistory —Jan. 7, 2000, No. 22, § 10.08, eff. 1 year after Jan. 7, 2000.
