In all places outside of the urban zone where there is poor visibility or when the nature of the public roads or traffic flow make it necessary for security reasons, it shall be the obligation of the driver of every vehicle to give an audible warning with the horn and drive the vehicle as close as possible to the right hand side of the road, except when approaching another vehicle drawn by animals, or any animal.\nHistory —Jan. 7, 2000, No. 22, § 10.13, eff. 1 year after Jan. 7, 2000.
