Except when allowed to overtake and pass on the right, every driver of a vehicle to be overtaken and passed shall abandon the highway and move to the right when the horn is sounded, and shall not speed up his/her vehicle until the other vehicle has completely passed.\nAny person who violates the provisions of this section shall incur an administrative fault and be punished with a fine of twenty-five dollars ($25).\nHistory —Jan. 7, 2000, No. 22, § 6.12, eff. 1 year after Jan. 7, 2000.
