Drivers of vehicles shall obey the markings on the pavement and curbs at all times, in order to obey the limitations indicated in subsections (48)—(52) of § 5001 of this title, and shall likewise refrain from parking, stopping or waiting before a curb painted yellow.\nEvery driver who violates the provisions of this section concerning markings on the pavement shall incur an administrative fault and shall be punished by a fine of fifteen dollars ($15).\nHistory —Jan. 7, 2000, No. 22, § 8.06, eff. 1 year after Jan. 7, 2000.
