Every vehicle shall be equipped with at least one (1) rear red or amber light that shall be lit when the foot brake is applied. Vehicles manufactured after the year 1960 shall be equipped with two (2) stoplights as indicated in this section, one of which shall be mounted on the left side and another on the right side of the rear of the vehicle.\nHistory —Jan. 7, 2000, No. 22, § 14.09, eff. 1 year after Jan. 7, 2000.
